  The word "Synod" in the Lutheran Church comes from Greek words that mean "Walking together" one thing that this church does not do. In Matthew 7:12 "So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law..." and in Leviticus 19.."You shall not take vengeance...but you shall love your neighbor as yourself."
  IT is clear that this congregations, this school and church staff does not practice what they preach. The neighbors in the area, specifically the entire block of 53rd st is targeted with the vengeance of this school. Although it has been addressed through the authorities, the neighbors by phone calls, letters to be good neighbors...it seems they cannot. I am happy to NOT be a part of this organization, the devil is working hard and winning.
  The neighbors have been dealing with the school staff blocking driveways, throwing the garbage on the street, dumping their cigarette trays onto the street, when all the neighbors have asked for their assistance, they are met with rude remarks right down to the principle.
  Stop and ask any neighbor in 53rd st, you will get the answer. Not from one household, from several. These are the same neighbors who have stopped burglars from entering into their church, stealing the windows they were replacing, placing their own lives in harms way to protect the church. They have solved the spray painting graffiti on the church...what have their payback been. Rude, ungrateful and hurtful rmarks, parking and blocking their homes and places for them to park because they are too less to walk a block or park in their own lot.
  
  I recommend that this school and its staff take a look inward and be the Christians they PRETEND to be.
