  When my father-in-law passed away unexpectedly, the funeral directors at Prasser-Kleczka were more than helpful.They made a very difficult time a bit easier. Thank you all for everything!

  After the unexpected death of my husband I was lost. I had no idea where to begin. Jeff and Melissa reached out to me and I felt like they just help me thru the entire process. For as tragic the situation was at the time I felt relaxed, informed, and loved by them all. The whole staff was calming and helpful. I can not say enough wonderful things about this Funeral Home and the lovely people staffed. You never think about how you would need or want to be treated during a time like that but they are so calming, they take their time with you, I never once felt rushed. I will never forget what they did for me and my family.

  I'm VERY disappointed in Jenny, Funeral Director at the main facility. There was massive miscommunication regarding arrangements for my brother. Only 1 person was actually called to a family meeting. At that meeting, the responsible party did NOT show up and many hours were wasted by the family that were able to attend. I waited 2 hours for Jenny to return my call but was not called to provide my input. Boy, did she see the financial party coming! Now my other brother has used his retirement money to provide a service that does not even meet the departed's ONE request. I will actively persuade "customers" to choose another place.

  A big thank you to Jay, Jeff and Valerie for all the care and help they gave us with our mom and grandmother's Memorial Service yesterday. We couldn't have done it without you all...it was so nice to have that added security during this sad time in our lives! Kathy Conrad and Gary Trokan
